Experienced in being a part of many teams in a leadership role, instructing Airman in intricate repairs on and off aircraft. Actively acting in a supervisory role within the Aircraft Structural Maintenance Shop. Pursuing every opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills in leadership, to become better trained to handle the roles and responsibilities that come with the rank of Master Sergeant.

• RAFH (Reel American Hero Foundation), Volunteered over 800 hours and raised over $2500 to help provide recreational therapy to wounded military veterans.
• Special Ops Survivors Foundation, Raised over $4000 that went towards embracing and helping the Gold Star families of fallen members of the Special Operations Command.
• Lucas County Canine Care and Control, Raised $1500 providing food and resources enabling animal rescue, rehabilitation and adoption.
• Wounded Warrior Project, Raised $265 to help provide therapy and help to wounded military veterans.
• FNA (Football in America), Coached youth football team volunteering 150 hours in helping mentor/lead local youths.

• Shift lead for the F-16 Sheetmetal Shop, overseeing three personnel in phase and flight line maintenance for 12 Aircraft.
• Led the Shop to receive the 455th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron’s Team of the Month.
• Assisted maintenance crews with an unmanned aerial vehicle, during evaluation and repair caused by a bird strike.
• Discovered a hydraulic leak on a C-5 Galaxy, leading to the Aircraft returning to fully mission capable.
• Oversaw and educated Airmen in performing phase maintenance inspections.
• Corrosion Control NCOIC; developed new painting procedures between shifts.
• Assisted/led Fabrication Element mobility program, packing tools and equipment for multiple overseas deployments.
• Fabrication Element Tool Crib NCOIC; spearheaded reorganization, labeling, marking and inspection of equipment.
• Fabrication Element team-lead for ORE Red-ball crew; executed/facilitated numerous training scenarios.
• Oversaw the Fabrication Element’s entire preparation for the 2020 AEF.

• Deployed, 04/01/13 - 07/31/13, Part of the 180th Fighter Wing’s AEF package to Djibouti, Africa, with the 380th Expeditionary Operations Group, Camp Lemonier, then forward deployed to the 407th Air Expeditionary Group, Al Azraq Air Base, Jordan, in Support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
• Temporary Aircraft Structural Maintenance Technician, 05/01/15 - 05/31/16, Accepted a position in the 180th Fighter Wing Maintenance Group.
• Second shift lead for the Aircraft Structural Maintenance Shop, 01/01/16 - 04/30/16, Deployed to Anderson Air Base, Guam, with the 180th Fighter Wing’s Theater Security Package.
• Full Time Aircraft Structural Maintenance Technician, 05/01/16 - 03/31/19, Employed in the 180th Fighter Wing Maintenance Group.
• Second shift lead, 01/01/18 - 03/31/18, Deployed to Amari Air Base, Estonia, as part of the 180th Fighter Wing’s Theatre Security Package, in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve.
• Lead the Fabrication Element, 10/01/18 - 11/30/18, Volunteered as part of a Maintenance Recovery Team, to Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, to assess and repair an aircraft that suffered a mishap.
