My duties for this position are as follows. I was responsible for ensuring the accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders. Checking to examine order palettes are accurate and prepared for shipments. Providing extraordinary customer service to assist in customer inquiries regarding orders, providing satisfactory results. Reporting to warehouse managers regarding the overall operations of the facility.

Providing customer service, by greeting customers and acknowledge their needs. Ensure that work areas were kept neat and clean. Responsible for stocking the store floor displays with adequate merchandise. Assisting the store managers and other stock personnel with opening the store by unloading delivery trucks, and stocking merchandise in the appropriate location. Prepare the store for sale events, by ticketing merchandise with pricing, keeping work areas clean, following the objectives provided by management. Attend meetings to discuss work performance and store performance to ensure positive productivity within this store. Report throughout the work shift to Lead stock manager.

For this position my duties included: Counting all orders and ensuring the packaging was accurate for shipment. Followed work orders for verification for consistency for merchandise. Assigned as a quality control associate to help resolve order issues, with satisfactory results for customers. Assist management with quality control, and product tote runs, Achieved the required number of orders needed to be fulfilled daily per company policy enforced by management.
