When I moved from Florida to the Carolina’s, I wanted a new challenge and learned about social media marketing and learned to manage large amounts of clientele, adapting to their wants and taking care of their needs. Soon after, I became a photographer / videographer for Fast Company, taking detailed and precise pictures of all types of automobiles. I worked closely with each car dealerships management, ensuring their satisfaction with the photos and videos, as well as uploading it to their websites. Very skilled at working with and communicating with the managers and with my fellow employees.
Now I'm back in the HVAC field working with Frontdoor, I've thoroughly enjoyed helping members to repair and maintain their equipment, while building strong rapport with them expressing empathy and emphasizing their safety as the number one concern. I've had the pleasure of working internally with both American Home Shield and Frontdoors Media and Marketing teams, while leading our internal HVAC Expert Media team, to great success.
