In Lima Ohio Proctor & Gamble subcontracted their forklift distribution to DHL Supply Chain. Then Fedex won the contract and I continued on with Fedex for the last 2 years of a 5 year employment. I am not shy of learning new things and welcome the challenge. I have always been a independent thinker, able to problem solve by myself, when needed. I reached 62 and planned on enjoying retirement for a while.

I have been a successful Antique dealer for about 31 years. Victorian antiques was my main attraction. Given time I expanded to other categories of antiques from primitive, Art Deco to Fine Art and much more. Starting out doing antique shows while building up stock to the point of gaining enough inventory to open a shop. Over the course of years I moved to better locations, evolving and improving clientele as time goes by. The Foos Manor in Springfield Ohio was the last shop that I worked with my business partner, after that I traveled and did antique shows. I have bought and sold antiques all over the country. Traveled doing highly desired antique shows at convention centers in major cities, in Ohio-New York-Miami-Georgia as examples. I have a happy go lucky personality that makes people comfortable and capable of speaking to anyone with ease, but serious when I have to be. I'm very comfortable in crowds and not shy with strangers. I am a go-getter that brings enthusiasm with me. I have much to offer an employer from having a life of being self-motivated and conscious of responsibilities. Always showing up on time and being ready for the job, is just basic of work ethics. I'm your guy 🙂

Casa Lupita was a very elegant Mexican restaurant that has unfortunately been turned into a parking lot, at this time. I was a waiter there for 3 years. It was a very wonderful and exciting place to work for. Casa Lupita was a subsidiary of Ponderosa Steakhouse, and both were well known and frequently visited restaurants. Everyone had coordinated Mexican looking uniforms, the waitress's in dresses. You had to take a test on ounces of meat and ingredients with meals, how it should be displayed and what sides are available for that dinner. They were very particular who they hired. There was close to 25 waitstaff alone working 5 to 6 tables at night. i was proud to be apart of the experience.
