In the 13 yrs with Nelson brothers I have done most every thing I started out as a driver and mechanic. Worked my way yo lead driver then the to plant mgr over tge prosper plant for 2 yrfs then I went back to driving for a little bit when the company restructured drove for another yr and a half while also batching trucks when needed then took over as plant mgr for our aubrey plant from being the plant mgr there I git hurt and had knee surgery while down they filled my spot at the plant and I took on a new roll in 2017 as an dispatch order taker then with in 2 months I moved to being the board apperator deciding were to loaf the trucks to for all 5 plants we had at the time and have been in dispatch ever since working my way up to dispatch supervisor
