As Lead Technician my job consists of planning complete builds of our Turbine/Generator assemblies from man hours to inspecting parts and lead times and meeting deadlines.

Earnhardt sent me to Ford Training Center where I attended classes and received certifications for relative systems of the vehicles i was working on.
