• For the fall term, Brandy's marketing strategies contributed to 138,865 credit hours, marking a 7.6% increase year-over-year, though short of the 176,094 goals. Clock hours soared to 153,516, a remarkable 32.6% increase from the prior year, though the goal was 244,438. FSCJ's combined unduplicated headcount reached 16,625, aiming towards the goal of 26,190
• Collaborated with the production team on multiple FSCJ commercials that played a key role in boosting student enrollment

• Petty Officer Brandy has led and instructed sailors in the administration of over 3,000 immunizations which led to over 90% medical readiness in support of a deployable military force using experience and knowledge as Immunizations LPO
• As unit squad leader Petty Officer Brandy communicated pertinent information to assigned squad and presented detailed Navy training to the entire unit using leadership and communication skills
• Using communication, data recognition and teamwork, Petty Officer Brandy worked in the capacity of a Command Fitness Leader as an ACFL (March 2015 – March 2018, September 2019 – Present) by leading a team of 3 ACFL's in the coordination of administering the NAVY PRT fitness test for over 350 sailors and uploading results into PRIMS. In addition, Brandy and the ACFL team organized over 51 physical fitness sessions to increase morale and overall fitness which has resulted in a 93% PRT passing rate
• Effectively communicated with reservists and active volunteers by disseminating funeral honor opportunities on Group Me application as the Honor Services Reservist Liaison
• Received Letter of Appreciation for providing quality medical care at the Bahrain Branch Medical Clinic during AT May 2018

• Participated in the 2020 Covid-19 Mobilization (April 17, 2020 - July 6, 2020) in support of Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton: worked in the Sterile Processing Department and trained to decontaminate and assemble 2,112 instruments and sterilize 493 sets of instruments which overall improved patient safety with a 1.6% infection rate, which is less than the 3.2% national infection rate
• Public Affairs Representative: collected and took over 200 pictures and videos of EMF CP and created a shared Google document for viewing using communication, content creation, and teamwork during the COVID-19 mobilization which increased morale

Field/Clinic Corpsman Quantico, VA Dec- 2006 - Feb 2009

• As a junior sailor, Brandy mastered data comprehension and clinical skills, administering over 4,700 immunizations and 1,500 blood draws, boosting medical readiness while also managing over 4,000 medical records, leading to the OCS Clinic's successful J-Co inspection in 2007
• Utilized medical knowledge and communication to provide direct care of 5 Marine Platoons which led to 461 members successfully completing OCS
• Grasped clinic SOPs (standard Operating Procedures) for 24-hour watch standing duties at OCS Clinic to deliver stellar on-call medical care as well as accurate medication distribution to the Quantico Brig prisoners
• Received End of Tour Navy Achievement Medal on March 26, 2009

Shipboard Corpsman March 2009 - March 2012

• As Medical LPO Brandy provided medical care to over 300 shipboard members which led to an effective response to 6 medical emergencies and 96% military retention by focusing on communication, patience, and customer service
• Maintained accurate medical documentation in the SAMS database, leading to two C-1 medical inspections and an FSO-M certification, making the USS Barry deployable for the 2010 AURIGA and 2011 Enterprise Strike Group deployments
• Using time management and critical thinking Petty Officer Brandy analyzed 3M manuals to successfully complete maintenance on over 400 shipboard items and 20 spot checks which led to a 100% 3M audit inspection as the Work Center Supervisor and as the Damage Control Petty Officer
• Promoted Military Welfare and Recreation events as the MWR spokesman using verbal and presentation skills while managing 6,000 dollars of the MWR budget as the Treasurer which lead to 4 successful audits and 44 recreation events that increased morale
• Assisted in the coordination of 4 PRT cycles and 10 FEP sessions for over 300 sailors which led to an 85% PRT passing rate onboard the USS Barry as the ACFL using interpersonal skills, and data recognition

Education Program Administrator Navy Hospital Pensacola April 2012 - April 2014

• While stationed at Pensacola Hospital Petty Officer Brandy increased the efficiency of medical training programs as program administrator for ACLS, PALS, NRP, ALSO, and STABLE by organizing and supervising 33 provider courses which housed 303 students and led to a 100% pass rate while diligently distributing of certification cards through the use of communication with the American Heart Association utilizing data analysis and project management
• Organized 15 FEP sessions to improve physical fitness in addition to assisting in 2 PRT cycles which led to a 90% passing rate leaning on motivation, teamwork, and experience as ACFL
• Assisted in the supervision and instruction of 10 BLS courses guiding 72 students to a 100% pass rate as a certified BLS instructor using social skills and instructor familiarity
• Received an End of Tour Navy Achievement Medal on March 12, 2014.
