• Worked directly with AFRC to implement top ACC plan to place Active Associate Reserve owned F16's into Nellis AFB.
• Developed new hiring practices for all AFRC. First to split ART billets into straight civilian positions.

• Redesigned and developed the Special Salary Rate process for the federal government.

• First ever CMSgt ART to run a RegAF/AFRC/NBG unit.
• Due to fiscal budget constraints and cost of mx per FHP on the F15C/C V0 Radar, ACC decided to shut unit down. I developed a perfect execution of jet flow and saved over $300K of transfer money for ACC to NGB transfer

• Worked directly with Ops to ensure aircraft availability, with the oldest F15's in inventory to fly Aggressor missions.
• First ever ART to be nominated to F15 Lead Production Superintendent.
• Devised and implemented perfect FHP ensuring OPS met all mission goals.

• Lead team of 10 personnel. Typically a TSgt position but was handed to me as SSgt.
