Mission Statement: With over 15 plus years as an IT professional I have managed to be the “go-to” guy at every position held and that is the goal. This is where my expertise lies. It’s the ability to adapt to every position and find the piece that needs the help, to fill the gaps, to stop the bleeding and excel within the role. Looking for something where these skills would be utilized within a team and combine those with the technical knowledge and the common sense that is within me. Asset Manager

  • Responsible for managing group of nine employees in three different locations
  • Tarrytown, Albany, and Ireland
  • Keep CMDB accurate across all locations, US / Canada, Ireland, Japan, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany
  • Created and implemented completely new way for Regeneron to handle ITAM Logistics with hands on actions that resulted in increased accuracy of AMDB / CMDB
  • Worked closely with client (Regeneron) and built relationships with many different levels of office
  • Became key component to commercial "POA" conferences, off-site, where there would be onsite IT help and managed stock and ensured accuracy of what was given out was recorded and accounted for
  • Managed stock rooms for all three locations, including smaller stock rooms virtually for certain groups that needed separate stock other than end user, in addition to three offsite locations (Tarrytown, Albany, Ireland)
  • Managed and owned ten plus Service Now queues and trafficked all ticket requests for equipment before having them actioned to ensure requests were valid and fell within clients’ regulations and process
  • Have become “go to” guy for any questions regarding assets and process from both client and ITAM team
  • Implemented process within desk side support team to work hand in hand with ITAM / Logistics team to ensure smoother more efficient and streamlined request process
  • Worked closely with team offshore to clean up old assets and make correction to AMDB / CMDB
  • Assisted on impending many changes to Service Now including new tickets, new queues, corrected ticket routing and most recently all Consumables will be loaded directly into stockrooms directly from vendor
