I am a very well respected coach, administrator and mentor. My greatest asset is my ability to connect with players, parents, co-workers and those whom I report to.
I was recently inducted into the USA Lacrosse Western New York Chapter Hall of Fame for my contributions to lacrosse in our region. That was something achieved by developing, nurturing and maintaining healthy lifelong relationships.
I bring energy, passion, respect and love to everything that I do. All done with a tremendous sense of humor. I am a family man and have become a trusted mentor to my co-workers. I am very much a team player.
Led all aspects of a fledgling varsity lacrosse program (scheduling, practice plans, team functions, fundraising, etc.)

Created the Western New York Private School Lacrosse Championship (coached 1999 championship team)

I have worked in almost every aspect of college athletics. I was a Sports Information Director for 15 years, a Facilities and Events Coordinator, NCAA Compliance Director, Academic Success Coordinator, Hall of Fame Committee member, Budget committees, etc.
My greatest assets are my availability, adaptability, accountability and a unique way of making any situation, a good one. I believe in a positive work environment which starts and ends with trust.
I pride myself on the kind of teammate that I am and the manner in which I interact with people across all different constituencies.
