  • Established new playbook, create daily practice plans and held player evaluations for first time in team history.
  • Expanded player leadership opportunities for players by creating Assistant Captain positions
  • Recruited a dozen new sponsors from 2019 - 2021 that helped raise over $13,500 and put team on solid financial footing
