Accomplished multiple tasks assigned within established guidelines during the new Camry launch, through collaboration with fellow team members. I was the Project Lead for Safety. I assured enforcement of adherence to policy, for both Team Members as well as TMMK Visitors. I was also the Lead for QAN audits, as well as support for the Torque Team. (While on a Torque assignment in Mississippi, I used my creativity to reduce manpower by 50%.) This Camry Model launch was possibly the most successful here at TMMK, as well as Zero Safety incidents within both Assembly Plants, during both trials and Production start. Currently, I am one of the Leads for the new '25 Rav4.

• Managed all aspects of Profit & Loss, employee reviews, training, schedules, contract negotiations, and team member relations.
• Managed a large and diverse staff, fostering a fun work environment, with high employee moral.
• Developed and implemented strategies to increase sales and profitability. Used my creativity to win a Regional Marketing Award, over 57 other competing locations and approx. 170 other managers.
• Cultivated strong relationships with my team members, our customers, vendors, and partners to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
