Jason Rose

My first 10 years at TMMI I was a East Plant North Dock Conveyance Team Member. I was responsible for orderly picking multiple parts, unloading parts and mods from trailers, and delivering those parts to the assembly line in a timely manner. My next 6 years I was a team member In West Plant Assembly on Trim 1 North. I was CSI which made me responsible for learning all the production processes in my area. I helped the team leaders with their pre and post shift duties. I am currently a Team member in West Pilot Integration. My team and I are responsible for multiple duties to help Pilot implement new process and change existing process. We design and fabricate pneumatic elevator racks, design and fabricate all floor and hanging carts in West Assembly, design and fabricate dump racks and steel racks. We are also responsible for building and modifying all wood and metal platforms in West Assembly. We also designed and fabricated the moving lines for the 4T Academy, which have been implemented at Bosse High School, North Gibson High School, South Ridge High School, and the 4T Academy at TMMK.

At RWRA I was responsible for installing and maintaining all new and existing sewer lines. Installing and maintaining new and existing storm lines, Cleaning, sealing, and modifying existing sewer lines and manholes.
