Description of Duties Maintain reliability and traceability in all the lab's chemical analysis, to train lab's personnel as needed in chemical analysis and it's control, keep lab's certifications and/or accreditations as needed, to keep all chemical test equipment calibrated according with any applicable ASTM standards, to act as a quality control manager as needed, keep and improve lab's safety performance, to perform chemical analysis and record the results of the chemical analysis in the electronic databases correctly and reliably, maintain the databases' integrity to prevent involuntary data loss, support and help the quality control manager in any lab activity or project as needed or assigned, and communicate immediately any safety condition within the lab in particular and the plant in general,
