I am considered a natural leader by all my peers, and am always willing to step up when needed. I was raised to have a strong work ethic, not being late, not calling out, taking pride and ownership of my work, and never afraid to ask question about what I am doing, I need to fully understand why it is what I am doing so I can be the best I can be at doing it. I was raised by my parents work hard and to strive for more, never settle for just being good, and never half ass anything, always put 100% into what I am doing so I have no regrets after completion.
Marketed Island Doctors as the best Physician practice for those with Medicare. Lead recruiter for Duval, Flagler, Clay, and St Johns counties. I worked all events like Senior Expos, PickleBall competitions, anywhere there would be a senior event, I was there. My main points were discussing the advantages Island Doctors had with certain MediCare insurances and helped them get signed up with the most optimal plan that fit their medical needs as necessary. After getting the patient on the best plan the patient thought was right for them, I would meet them at the closest office to their residence. At the meet and greet, I would give the patient a tour of the office, assist in filling out all new patient paperwork, establish a first appointment and provide a goodie bag with all my contact info, if they had any questions, comments, or concerns, I would personally address them with the office staff.
Jacket Extruder was the last value added component for wires on plane assemblies for Boeing and other aerial vehicles, including ISS. The last step was to put the jacket around the wires by melting plastic directly on the wires, forming a perfect circular seal by hand measurement around the wire at a consistent temperature and speed. This was a very difficult job, toughest in the plant because any waste was very costly, some lines were $78 a foot. I had to work hard to be entrusted with the responsibility of this position, demonstrating that I can be taught and put the skills to good use.
Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and daily operations of the restaurant. In charge of hiring, training, food cost, maintenance, promotions, profitability of the store, and moral of the crew. I also was the lead Labor and Food Cost manager for the other 13 stores inside Leonard Management, the franchisee corporation that owner=d the McDonalds. Depending on which supervisor was in control of that area, decided what area I would be responsible for and helping those other stores meet their weekly and monthly budget goals.
