• Developed the Global EHSMS and Regulatory Compliance programs for all locations.
• Responsible for the EHS, Life Safety, Continuous Improvement, Facilities and Real Estate holdings for North and South America operations.
• Managed large Capital Projects and P&L’s, Contingency Plans, Facilities & Equipment, GMP’s, Clean & Sterile Room Process, Change Management, SAP- EHS & WM, Environmental Permitting, SWPP, Title V, RCA, SAP- Chemical Management reporting and data collection.
• FM Global /Risk oversight and staff development for multiple sites both Domestic and International. (Position eliminated due to several plant closures) 40+ direct reports.
• Developed the Global EHS Management System with internal audit (12 locations) Based on the ISO 18001/45001 Standards
• Supported the SAP EH&S work stream integration for the Americas and UK operations
