I started at AGM as an Apprentice and have been promoted several times throughout my 23 years there.

My most recent promotion was to Field Superintendent.

Duties of this role include but are not limited to:

• Schedule manpower for all Projects
• Coordinate/Schedule material deliveries to jobsites
• Manage all field personnel(30-40 employees)
• Coordinate fabrication of product
• Coordinate project schedules with Project Managers
• Assist Sales Department with bidding
• Manage daily and long term Operations
• Project long term manpower needs for bidding purposes

• Started out as a Service Advisor and was promoted to Manager after one year
• I left the industry because the dealership was sold and there were no openings available in the area
