Since childhood, I have faced many diversities that helped with building up my life skills. Teaching me how to work hard on achieving my goals in life. Being the captain of many of the basketball teams that I have played on helped me improve on my leadership skills and work on my teamwork and communication with my fellow teammates. Working at one of the most prestigious golf courses, Old Elm Golf Club, helped me developed skills such as learning on the spot, listening and following directions, organization, and being able to have a welcoming personality when helping the members with any needs that they may have. Being Delta Sigma Phi's community chair helped me work on my communication skills by working with community service businesses my scheduling and organizing events. Volunteering built up my communication and organization skills by interacting with others to help set up events and being able collaborate with them. Finally, these experiences that I have learned and developed helped me be a hard worker and be able to learn, adapt, and be very useful in any needs that are needed for the program.
