As Operations Manager, I lead multiple teams overseeing roughly 150 hourly team members at any given time. I oversaw order filling departments to include online ordering and the shipping department to include online and LTL shipments. I worked closely with supervisor staff on multiple metrics to improve overall team production. Armed with the process knowledge, I mentored five to seven supervisors at any given time.
