• Negotiated contracts with the ESPC team and saved an estimated $3 million on the RRB Cooling Towers Project as an example.

• I assisted the GSA Presidential Transition Team. I negotiated contracts for the presidential inauguration, upcoming elections, and assisted in procuring President moving in and out contracts.

• The program is research and development designed for Fossil Energy (Carbon Solutions) and Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. Facilitated financial assistance for grants and cooperative agreements across energy resources, overseeing agreements from inception to completion through issuance of funding announcements, participation in meetings, proposal reviews, and award decisions. Executed management, negotiation, and contract administration for grant and cooperative agreements to ensure timely completion. My biggest agreements were with Ford Motor Company, Nation Wide Colleges from Brigham Young University to University of Pennsylvania, and United States Steel Corporation (U.S. Steel). Led negotiations for $75 million in grants and cooperative agreements, achieving an estimated $5 million in savings for the government.
• Executed contracting actions supporting DOE NETL acquisition requirements and mission needs.
• Developed solicitations, amendments, and awards under FAR and agency procurement rules.
• Reviewed requisitions, statements of work, and funding documents for contract accuracy.

• PA National Guard is the second largest National Guard in the country next to California.
• Managed procurement for construction and heavy artillery programs, overseeing contracts for supplies and services.
• Delivered fuel to support operations for helicopters, vehicles, and tanks across the entire base.
• Major programs are Eastern Aviation Training Center which is the largest airfield in the Eastern Hemisphere for helicopters.
