I'm a highly adaptable, self-motivated leader in the construction industry with over 25 years experience. I began my career as a union laborer. After being vested in the laborers union, I switched to the carpenters union where I quickly advanced from foreman to Superintendent. I've accumulated my experience from hands on learning. Im versed in all aspects of commercial and residential fast-track construction. I specialize as a Structural Superintendent. I manage all subcontracters, MEP's, excavation, envelope and waterproofing, roof, elevators, and all interior and exterior finishes. I believe the schedule is the heartbeat of the project. My goal is to always deliver a quality project that is on time and under budget with an exemplary safety culture. I think the people make the project so I am a very team-oriented leader. I thrive in the pressures and challenges of fast track construction.
