    Through the Years of working at ford, I have learned the process of doing all ford return claims, RIM returns, RIM orders, and 700 tag Ford warranty. I have learned how to do a lot of clerical work; including Parts invoices, statements and reports. I am very knowledgeable about counter person tasks and fast on the catalog with base numbers, VOR cases, COPIS cases, EMR upgrades, and locating parts efficiently for Technicians to turn bays quicker and improve shop flow.
