-As a maintenance supervisor in a correctional institution, I supervise a work crew of 7-10 workers assigned to the facilities department. The workers come from a variety of age, race and ecosocical backgrouds.

-Throughout my tenure in this position I have been responsible for the daily operation of the paint shop, landscaping shop and carpentry shop.

-I am responsible for training workers in safe and efficient use powertools and construction techniques

-I have maintain an excellent safety record during my tenure and have had no workplace injuries occur during this time.

-Examples of work I've completed during my tenure include but is not limited to, maintenance and repair of existing structures and equipment, building and construction of new structures, masonry work, and plumbing.

-I have experience estimating material and manpower needs. I have managed workschedule assignments. I have experience in the bidding and contracting process.

-I have experience working in high stress enviroments solving highly complex problems with constantly changing conditions which require constant adustment and tight deadlines.
