  • As a direct report to the VP, Talent Acquisition, I was brought aboard in a newly created role within Stanley Black and Decker. I was tasked with building an hourly Talent Acquisition strategy from the ground up, supporting both our manufacturing plants and distribution centers in the US.
  • Hourly Talent Acquisition owner from a global perspective. I support Talent Acquisition teams in various regions around the world, creating consistency across sourcing, process improvements, employer branding and KPI’s.
  • Identified new sourcing strategies, resulting in 3,648 new direct hires in the first year for our Tools organization. This was an increase of 311% compared to the previous year. Ongoing average hourly hiring averages 2,500 per year.
  • Contingent Staffing Cost Category owner, partnering with all staffing agency vendors for Stanley Black and Decker. Worked with our Global Sourcing team on 2024 RFP to identify staffing agency contract improvements which resulted in more than $2M in yearly savings.
  • Talent Acquisition systems expert. Key member of the project team that implemented Workday across the organization in March 2023. Also have experience with Taleo, BrassRing, and SuccessFactors.

  • As a direct report to RGIS’ CHRO, I was a trusted advisor to the C-Suite and Divisional Vice Presidents within the organization. Managed a multimillion-dollar budget which included managing an RPO provider and recruitment marketing in fast-paced, high-volume enterprise. Established talent acquisition KPIs and SLAs for both the Corporate Talent Acquisition team and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider. Coached, and developed high performing team to consistently meet goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition owner for both the United States and Canada. Created ongoing strategy and process, while maintaining positive relationships with all RGIS hiring managers.
  • Directly managed corporate team of up to 25 recruiters, while also managing RPO. Team’s production averaged 25,000 hourly hires and 300 salaried hires annually.
  • Reduced annual expenses by $300K while increasing application production by replacing traditional posting model with Cost per Click (CPC) and Programmatic Advertising models.
  • Applicant Tracking System Subject Matter Expert. Transformed Taleo ATS process by automating hourly hiring process and integrating salaried hiring process, gaining efficiency and time savings for all users.

  • Eliminated direct placement agency spend in 2015, saving $250K and doubling positions filled in 2014.
  • Led seamless build and implementation of new Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors.
