Was a captain of the Rosemount High School football team, received the Pat Tillman award award which was given to the player who most served others while never directing attention to himself, received a most improved player award in lacrosse, was a natural leader for the #5 ranked football team in the nation for Bethel University, has been interviewed for volunteering as a leader with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes inner city mentorship program, and has had excellent performance reports while working in the Saint Paul Police Department as a Parking Enforcement Officer.
