• Planned, scheduled and supervised work of 25 subordinates.
• Led roll call briefings to inform officers information from prior shifts, and individuals of importance.
• Review and sign off on all reports submitted.
• Review body worn cameras for proper conduct and procedures.
• Attend neighborhood meetings and address concerns brought forth.

1995- 1996 Assigned to a street level Narcotic Unit. The unit was made up of a Lt. and three Patrolman. During this year I wrote 27 search warrants for Illegal drugs. I made over 24 undercover buys of Illegal narcotics. On numerous occasions we assisted the Essex county drug task force on drug operations.

1997 - 2000 I was assigned to the Anti Crime Team. This unit was a plain clothes street level investigative unit. Duties included investigating street robberies, illegal drug sales and Vice type activities. We also assisted our CID with investigations.

2002- 2017 I was assigned to the Special Investigation Unit. On this Unit we conducted street level narcotic Investigation, street robberies and Vice type activity. We over saw the liquor establishments in the city of Lynn and did compliance checks and follow ups of liquor violations . We worked with the state ABCC. We also would testify before the local Liquor board.

Also during this time we became involved with human trafficking cases were young females were being trafficked out of New York to the Lynn area.

Participated in a federal investigation into the Hells Angels motor cycle club which resulted in search warrants being executed at members homes, and arresting several members.

• Patrolled the down town area of the city in a patrol vehicle and on foot. This was the busiest route in the city. Involved in hundreds of arrests.

I was a 1st Lieutenant, platoon leader , with the 726th Finance Support Unit. I helped organize and plan our monthly weekend drills and annual trainings.
