I served as the U.S. Lead of Desktop Services. Worked with clients to maximize their investment in technology focusing on Microsoft Server technologies, network monitoring and management, Intel platforms, data and voice networking, security systems, mainframe integration, storage area networking, and other LAN/WAN technologies.

I also helped clients with End User Computing strategies. This typically included image engineering, image deployment, application compatibility, evaluation of Windows 7/8 enterprise features, application virtualization strategy, and zero or light touch deployments.
