While working at Target, I had to arrive on time and ready to begin my shift at 6:00 AM, unload trucks and receive merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately, sort, scan, and organize products in the stockroom and onto sales floor shelves, replenish inventory to ensure products are available for guests when the store opens, follow safety procedures, and help maintain a clean, organized backroom environment, use inventory tools and technology (handheld scanners, Target’s store systems), work as part of a team to meet time-based unloading and stocking goals, and provide backup support to sales floor teams as needed.

When I was working as an Apparel Associate at Walmart, my responsibilities were to greet and assist customers in the apparel section with a focus on exceptional service, maintain the cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms, racks, and displays, stock, zone, and merchandise clothing and accessories according to company standards, process returns and restock items in the correct locations, assist with markdowns, signage, and inventory counts as needed, ensure products are tagged and displayed correctly to support a smooth shopping experience, support store safety, security, and loss prevention initiatives, and collaborate with team members to support other departments when needed.

At Gordon Food Services, I had to assist customers with product selection and questions, stock shelves, and rotate products to ensure freshness, maintain clean, organized displays and storage areas, and operate the point-of-sale system for transactions.
