  • Created a supervisor scorecard to bring visibility and accountability to supervisors in the building
  • This tool provided performance reporting for leaders that had not existed before
  • It also tracked cost per order allowing leaders to focus on underperforming clients and either drive cost out, request rate increases or a combination of both
  • Operation processed over 50,000 lines per day at maximum and consistently processed 35,000 per day.
