Articulating boom cranes – Audited and inspected for compliance with Building Code regulations, as well as manufacturer’s specifications
● Studied in NYC Building Code, OSHA Part 1926, ASME B30, as well as other codes and standards, with the ability to quickly reference and cite specific sections of law or code
● Lead and assisted in multiple incident investigations, in which injuries and/or fatalities occurred. Experienced in all phases of an investigation, including securing and isolating a scene, performing inspections, interviewing, and reporting.
● Issues OATH summonses with penalties up to $25,000 when operations are found in violation of code. Expert testimony and evidence is later provided at court hearings
● Supervision of new hires, ensuring they learn all job duties, including reporting, recognition of hazardous violating conditions, and issuing summonses.
