Ensure that the station is operated within the Tech Specs, TRMs and FSAR to maintain nuclear safety as the primary focus.
Provide direct supervision over the Control Room Supervisor and the Shift Technical Advisor.
Have the primary command and control for the Control Room when implementing Off-Normal Procedures, Emergency Operating Procedures and Emergency Plan Procedures.
