• Professional Development Director / Research Nurse, Robin & David Jaye Center for Nursing Excellence, Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA, 02/2022, Present, Oversee the professional development of nurses engaged in Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects, including concept development, framing research questions/problem statements, background research, IRB submission, EBP implementation planning and procedure(s), data collection, analysis, and dissemination., Serve as the Program Director for Tufts Medical Center’s ANCC Provider Unit Program, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required documents for ANCC CEs., Assisted with the adoption of the Iowa Model Revised, a tool designed by the University of Iowa to guide nursing professionals through the EBP process., Co-chair of Tufts Medical Center’s Nursing Research, Evidence, and Innovation (REI) council.
