Michael Martino

Worked with team members to assemble sets and effects in time for shows, often with limited resources and time. This not only taught me some basic technical skills, but also taught me about collaboration and working under tight constraints.

In my time on the crew team I learned not only how to push myself to do more but how to encourage my teammates as they worked to become better at rowing. When I was a bowman I learned to lead and direct a group of people towards a goal.
