I I have 27 years plastic injection molding experience. I have worked my way up from a press operator to a mold setter to a supervisor and to my current position process technician which I have been for 14 years. I currently develop, maintain, troubleshoot and optimize the process of new and current tools. I have knowledge of Toshiba,Wittmann/Battenfeld, and Cincinnati/Milacron molding machines. I have knowledge with vertical rotary, horizontal and 2 shots. I have experience with the following resins. ABS,PP, HDPE, Nylon 66, POM, TPV, TPE, PPS, and TPU also experienced with L&L materials. I have experience with auxiliary equipment such as dryers, thermolators, hot manifold controls, chillers, and basic experience with Yushin robots and pickers. I have knowledge in Scientific molding. I have attended John Bozzelli’s Process Optimization via Scientific Molding class. I have safety training with lock out and tag out procedures along with forklift and crane safety training. Talented Process Technician bringing 26 years experience in production environments.
