I was patrolling one morning and was advised of a call about a male possible in Cardiac Arrest and the family had pulled over to wait for an ambulance. I was close by and responded out. Once on scene I witnessed the older male not breathing, I removed him from the car into the grass on the side of a busy highway and performed CPR until EMS could arrive to transport the victim to the hospital.
