As co-owner/Operator of a licensed State Of Nevada Cannabis Cultivation Center I was responsible for designing and overseeing all facets of the buildout of a state of the art Cannabis Cultivation Center. I was responsible for developing a line of high quality brand name products as well as establishing a market for the sales of these products to retailers throughout the state of Nevada. I was also responsible for making sure our products, growing methods, as well as our facility met stringent health and safety standards as required and monitored by the state via on-going product testing and facility inspections. I was also responsible for hiring and managing a cultivation staff of up to twenty employees.

• Managed all facets of Cultivation including growing, harvesting, establishing new sales markets.
• Hired, trained and supervised seasonal workers engaged in cultivation and harvest.
• Planned schedule for crop rotation, plantings, and harvest.
• Made sure products and facility met all safety and health regulations as monitored by the state including stringent product testing and seed to sale inventory records.
• Maximized operational profits by closely inspecting crops, assessing quality, and identifying problems such as disease or insects.

• Assisted manager in all aspects of business operations including pick up and delivery of antler sheds all over Oregon and Washington, cleaning, cutting and prepping sheds for sale to pet suppliers.

• Golf Course Maintenance for Crosswater Championship Golf Course.
• Provided Food & Beverage Services for Banquets, Weddings, and other Special events at Sunriver Resort.
