DAILY-Schedule employees for production and overtime; validate time cards using Kronos system. Manage a team of 30-40 full time employees on a daily bases. Coordinate cleanups; responsible for sanitation SOP's of equipment as well as cleaning procedures. Conduct GMP inspections. WEEKLY-Conduct ATP swabs and assist lab analyst with the APC swabs; inspect and trouble shoot production equipment and verify cleanliness after sanitation. Responsible for proper chemical storage as well as proper and safe usage of PPE and chemicals during sanitation. MONTHLY-Conduct building audits, maintain cleaning tasks lists and the time management to successfully accomplish these. Fill out Safety Incident Reports as well as Product Safety Incident Reports when needed. Participate in 5S; LEAN; Health and Safety team audits.

DAILY -
