  • Auto-pour – make sure mold filled in timely manner, machine operating properly, day to day maintenance. lockout tagout, first to tagout, get engineers over. Lock out was immediate 6 tag with me being the last man out because I was first in.

  • Customer service always went over and beyond to make sure customer was happy
  • Book keeping made sure things paid on time ensuring employees were paid and because it was a seasonal business I kept unemployment insurance as well.
  • Inventory first in first out practice. Turn inventory fast unless customer agreed to stocking fee then i guaranteed stock for them.
  • Purchasing making sure product was available in a timely manor so week to week stuff happened.
  • Employees made morning meetings to insure tasks were assigned and made sure to follow up at end of day.
  • Repairs everything roofing to septic including ac/dc electric work and hydraulics.
  • Troubleshooting I would set a 4 hour window to go through every unit to ensure I had a grasp of the problem. Multimeters and a tape measurer go a long way.
  • Equipment. DMM/oscilloscope/multimeter, basic welding, soldering. Saws and hand tools anything you need to complete above moments.
