Summary

I have a background in retail leadership and high volume operations, having served in multiple different leadership roles with QFC. I oversee daily store operations, support a large team, and ensure strong execution across merchandising, inventory and customer experience. I've progressed through multiple roles in retail, developing a strong understanding of store operations and team leadership in fast-paced environments.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant, where I supported loan origination, managed client communication, and developed strong relationship-building and follow up skills in a performance-driven environment. I also have prior experience in state corrections, which strengthened my communication, accountability and ability to perform under pressure.

I am now looking to transition in the beverage/CPG industry where I can leverage my operational leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships to support retail execution and account growth.
