• Started working as an EMT lab evaluator to EMT Instructor, to Paramedic instructor and concluding as Paramedic Program director/faculty.
• As the program director, managed up to five cohorts per year with 12-24 students from public and private EMS.
• The GCC program has been recognized for high pass rates, high retainment, and EMS employer acknowledgement of student knowledge.
• Crafted ongoing Step by step process of learning and holding students accountable in all aspects of being a Paramedic (didactic, psychomotor, and affective).
• Continued to create a program that supports the students while in class and after class with a family/team feel.

• Provides Quality Improvement and guidance as a subject matter expert in the field of emergency medical services; including the implementation of electronic patient care reporting and providing data with AZ DHS, AZ PEARS, and American Heart Association.
• Participates in department, regional, and state meetings. Providing guidance and feedback to ensure best practice of treatment guidelines and department policies.
• Educating 90 % of department members in emergency medical care, covering new guidelines and procedures with the approval of the department medical director. Including two-year plan to keep members certified through continuing education.
• Facilitated Glendale Fire Department in the coordination of multiple medical studies supported by AZDHS- RAMPART, CCR, EPIC TBI.

• Elected public member in Arizona state level committee, with recommendations on state guidelines for treatment, responses, and education.
• Collaborated with Dr. Bobrow (AZ EMS State Medical Director) on state education for out of hospital sudden cardiac arrest for civilians, 911 operators, and EMS responders with compression only care.
• Participated in subcommittees for education and Arizona State trauma plan.

• Supervised up to six fire agencies flight paramedics while working in conjunction with Air Evac employees to execute a one-of-a-kind emergency medical service.
• Provided solutions that meet the needs of both private and public services to ensure the highest level of service and patient care.

• Responded to medical, fire and special operations calls within an automatic aid system.
• Educator internally and externally on medical and hazardous materials responses. Special training in response to terrorism (CBRNE).
• Provided medical care and training while working at large sports venues along side private ems agencies.
