Serve as the liaison between USBICES program and DA-IIS, maintaining communication while remaining abreast of enduring IT initiatives.

Conduct cross domain activities using Trusted Network Environment (TNE) enabling bilateral information sharing between NATO Partners. Serve as the primary POC for new TNE requirements for enhancements and upgrades.

Conduct Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/QC) on intelligence data feeds originating from the Message Processing System (MPS). Duties include reviewing “card catalog”, metadata, monitoring for spillage. Develop retention policy and procedures to safeguard intelligence data feeds originating from MPS on BICES.

Review and manage DAIIS intelligence product repositories on BICES. Manage existing connections to external intelligence repositories on BICES. Discover and identify intelligence data to be shared on networks external to BICES.

Products created and briefs conducted helped properly inform Senior Leaders and lead to the nullification of multiple Highly Valued Individuals (HVIs) in Area of Operation (AO)assigned to the unit
