Accomplishments
Contributing the idea of creating a Standing JHA for Baytown ExxonMobil. The Standing JHA was created to keep all contract companies aligned with policies, procedures and PPE requirements for each task and tool versus hand writing a JHA daily for route jobs and being out of compliance and or missing pertinent information. This idea helped with safety compliance, time on tools, and is also considered a training tool for short service workers.
