Creative and dedicated college freshman student with excellent communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to earning high grades. Strong organizational abilities with proven success in managing multiple academic projects and group assignments. Well-rounded and professional team player dedicated to continuing academic pursuits at a college level. For 3 years, I was the president of the engineering club at Paloma Valley High School and this has been one of my greatest achievements so far. In the position, I was offered the opportunity to organize many in-club competitions and lead many MESA group competitions as well as learn many different things from many club members. Now in college I plan to pursue Honors level courses and complete my degree in Aerospace Engineering.
I participated in an engineering club where students could work on personal projects using class and purchasable materials. The club is partnered with MESA and would frequently work on its competitions. Many students including myself also worked on MESA competitions like glider and boat competitions, and the NEDC, I was in the active position of club president for Three years.
In many classes and during engineering club time, my friends and I have worked on many competitions and design challenges for MESA at UCR. I have taken part in the NEDC (National Engineering Design Competition) for inequity in daily life as my capstone project for my senior level engineering class.
