Responsible for overall safety of customers, employees, all animals in the location's care and in the dog grooming department.

Keyholder position responsible for opening and closing POS system. Handling cash and check deposits.

Receiving shipment and handling variances in inventory.

Direct care and training for housing of live animals (fish, reptile, avian, and small animal) with strict guidelines and inspections being met.

Customer service experience includes working the sales floor, cash register, product returns, buy online pick up in store service, ship from store service, and directly resolving customer concerns and feedback.

Cleaning and maintenance in a large retail location outside inside ceiling to floor. Also requesting and detailing any maintenance or safety requests not able to perform first hand.

Analyzing sales and inventory data to action plan growth in each store department.

Stocking, displaying and organizing product on the sales floor.

Leaving the location to transport animals or product or to purchase items.

Answering the phone and attending zoom conference calls with district partners.
