
I’ve painted and prepped cars most of my life. Then I got in to fiber optic and ran with it. I’ve also done home restoration, HVAC, electrician work and plumbing. I’ve got experience in a lot of areas.
My job as a fiber optics technician — also called a cable technician, cable installer or telecommunications technician — designs, installs, operates, maintains and repairs telecommunication networks for high-speed internet, television and telephone services.
As the lead technician — I had to route other technicians and help then when needed.
I’ve also done curb apprentice, splicing, hanging nids, drops, and commercial jobs. Dealing with cic, emt, and etc.
Cleaning -Removing dirt from the surface and parts, and cleaning the surface by sanding, polishing, buffing, degreasing, or retouching
Priming - Applying primer to the surface to protect it until the painters can work
Masking - Masking vehicle parts
Mixing - Mixing and matching colors, blending paint, and loading paint into spray-painting equipment
Repairs - Removing and installing bolt-on components, and repairing any sand scratches or visible imperfections
Organization - Keeping work areas clean and organizCommunication: Keeping paint technicians informed of the work's progress.
