- The Simulation Specialist is responsible for coordinating package flows through the Hub.

- Creates pre-sort plans to manage daily load volume.

-Analysis the total daily volume and load projections also assign trailers in the unload.

- Discusses anticipated package flow volume with the Feeder department to coordinate trailers needed in inbound and outbound.

- Move people throughout the building to provide coverage to anticipated high volatility areas.

- Make decisions throughout the Sort to put the proper loads on the unload doors to achieve optimum flows.

- Responds to outbound feeder needs to ensure packages are delivered on time.

- Monitors conveyer belts and cameras to prevent belt jams.

- PT Hub Supervisor is responsible for managing Hub and Sort activities.

- Responsible to train and coach employees who work in their area.

- Responsible for ensuring packages are sorted accurately and loaded onto appropriate trailers.

- Ensures loads are dispatched on time and to the appropriate destination.

- Holds employees accountable to establish performance levels to achieve individual and group goals
