• I began my construction career at CAHS with no prior construction experience. My work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and constant drive to improve have helped me move up the ranks quickly.
• My main area of expertise is in sheet metal ductwork and installing HVAC equipment.
• Experience installing Chillers, Boilers, AHUs, RTUs, Cooling Towers
• Coordinate crane lifts for large equipment.
• Operate SkyTrak, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
• Communicate with GCs, engineers, and clients to address project updates and concerns.
• Document completed work, start-up sheets, and warranty information
• Workplace environments include government buildings, hospitals, schools, event centers, and arenas.

-Daily Responsibilities-

- Read and understand drawings, specs, and submittals.

- Purchase material and install piping and ductwork.

- Receive and coordinate material/equipment deliveries.

- Lead a crew of 2 to 15 tradesmen to complete our entire scope of work.

- Supervised field personnel and ensured compliance with safety regulations.

- Organize and keep track of inventory, tools, and safety equipment.

• Operated packing machinery to package and seal food products properly and efficiently.
• Cleaned, maintained, and fixed the food prep and packaging lines.
• Worked successfully with diverse group of coworkers to accomplish goals and address issues related to our products and services.
• Coordinated line shutdowns and cleaning while switching to several different food products, packaged on the same line.
• Documented packaging progress and tracked efficiency to meet daily and weeky production goals.
