Various positions including calling providers office for billing and payments, adding providers to the system as well as any network preferred providers we may use, as well as any facilities and hospitals. Also processing claims and generating payments for providers whom provided the services for the employees. Another function in part was taking any calls that needed any assistance. We also added network files to the doctors file and information. We also from time to time would process claims when needed. We would key the claims in for payment processing, and to generate payments.
