Michael Stavseth

I managed the operations of The Cages (a baseball training facility) on a day-to-day basis. Managing appointments, and answering calls. I also lead a day camp at The Cages coaching kids and instilling skills people can utilize in life and in sports.

I directed a youth sports camps for campers ages nine to eleven. I coached anything flag football to badminton. I spent the summer learning how to lead my peers and campers while teaching them the basics of the sports.

I spent one week at full time at 360 Communities assisting the underprivileged. Two St.Thomas Academy classmates and I spent our week answering calls, stocking shelves, and interacting with clients. I learned the works of a non profit and how I can make a positive impact on the lives of others.

I volunteered at St. John Neumann Catholic Church teaching freshman in high school Catholic teachings. I mentored these students while fostering a community bound by faith. I learned how to develop a lesson plan and how to lead my students and fellow instructors.
