Four years experience as an F&I Manager for three of the dealerships in the Happy Auto Group. Managed the financing process for the dealership, helping customers secure loans and reviewing their credit. Worked with lenders and customers to find the best financing options. Focused on providing excellent customer service with financing solutions that contributed to business growth.

Responsible for closing deals, securing financing and achieving significant penetration in selling VSC's, GAP, and Tire & Wheel. Closed 75-90 transactions monthly, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics in all measurable categories. Repeatedly achieved a 50% VSC penetration and a 40% Gap penetration. Robust knowledge of all salient products in the F&I arena, including but not limited to VSC's, GAP and Tire & Wheel. In November of 2023 participated in a two day F&I training session conducted by Hyundai at the Jeep location for the Happy Auto Group. Also participated in a two day training session held by Ally in February of 2023 at the same location. All other training was on the job under the direction of other F&I managers for the group.

In 2023 I was awarded Top Sales performer for the Happy Auto Group and its seven dealerships for all F&I Managers. This was the only year during my tenure that this award was given. At every location I worked I was routinely called upon to handle and close the most complicated and challenging transactions. Extremely proficient in CDK Global and Route 1 and the entire array in the Microsoft Office suite.

Worked exclusively in the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership. Consistently sold 15-25 cars per month, one of the top three sales persons at all times. Was salesperson of the month 6-7 times.

Provided support in executing trades and managing orders for clients on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Worked closely with traders, clients, and market participants to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely transactions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Managed complex arbitrage transactions for clients, with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate execution in accordance with complex market regulations.
